As a trained professional I enjoy helping my clients understand as much as possible about the structure, components and maintenance of the home they are about to purchase.

As my client you will get a thorough inspection. I understand that buying a new home is probably the biggest purchase you will ever make. I want to significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful.

To maximize the benefit of my professional inspection I strongly encourage all of my clients to accompany me during the process. You should expect the inspection to take between two and four hours depending on the size and condition of the home. You should feel free to ask me any questions you may have during the inspection process. If you already have special concerns you would like me to address, it might be helpful to have them written down prior to the start.

During the inspection I will point out problems and explain them to you. I will show you the good points of the house as well and I will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition.

At the conclusion of the inspection, you will get a comprehensive report that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report.

My report will provide the information needed for you to make your decision with confidence and peace of mind.
